Thanksgiving Day (Thanksgiving Day), a traditional Western holiday, is a festival unique to the American people and a holiday for Americans to get together. The Canadian Parliament of 1879 declared November 6th a Thanksgiving and a national holiday. In subsequent years, the date of Thanksgiving changed several times, until January 31, 1957, when the Canadian Parliament declared the second Monday of October as Thanksgiving.
